Spotlight On the Web

A new survey made by PWC in conjunction with the World Economic Forum at Davos, shows that only 37% of European CEOs use the Internet at least once per week, even though 82% of the CEOs suveyed believe that "electronic business will have a strategic impact upon their firms."

  • The 18% who don't believe in e-commerce may lack vision, may run a chain of barber shops or simply are just paying lip service to the Internet hype. However,

Jakob Nielsen at Devhead describes how you can test your competitors' website when designing your own. (February 5, 1999)
